Cook the octopus: The octopus is cleaned by removing the guts, the beak-shaped mouth and the eyes from the inside of its head. Then water is boiled without salt and when it reaches cooking temperature, the octopus is taken by the head and introduced. In this process the tentacles curl and partially shrink, their cooking will depend on the size of the octopus.
